Christmas Pudding: An Epicurean Gift
In the Artichoke kitchen, Head Chef Chris has been hard at work crafting a delicious Christmas pudding.
Ideal for sharing with family and friends, or as a delightful gift for loved ones, our Yuletide pudding is perfect for the Festive Season.
This unique recipe is brimming with wintery spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and a blend of plump sultanas, golden raisins, candied peel, apples, and zingy citrus zest.
For a touch of indulgence, we have added Glad Tidings Winter Stout from our local Chiltern Brewery and lovingly fed with apple cider brandy from Burrow Hill Farm in Somerset.
our menus
Artichoke prides itself on innovative and refined modern European cuisine, featuring the best of the season’s ingredients – including many foraged from the surrounding area.
